The Wallac VICTOR2 multilabel counter detection platform, for non-isotopic assays such as molecular biology applications, binding studies, environmental and food testing, toxicology and drug screening. In both slow and fast kinetic assay. It accommodates a full range of assays, includes high quality optical systems designed for each of the individual measuring technologies and, in the same protocol, can define up to 10 different labels.The VICTOR2 accepts all types of microtitration plates with between 6 and 1536 wells. Clear and opaque (black or white) plates, filterplates and membranes, Petri dishes, slides, filters and Terasaki plates are all accepted. Any non-standard configuration can be defined using the instruments Windows Workstation software. The plates can be loaded manually or using 20-plate free access stackers (40-plate stackers are also available), or can be integrated into an appropriate robotics system. Details of the plates, filters and labels are all pre-installed. Delays and repeats can be specified by plate, row or well.More than 10 counting modes are available at any time: Fluorescence (top and bottom), Time-resolved fluorescence, Fluorescence polarization, Dual-window time-resolved fluorescence, Luminescence (glow, flash or dual type), Photometry, Special dual label measurements, Dual excitation and emission fluorescence, Scanning of the well area and Fast and slow kinetic measurements.It is a complete platform for quantitative detection of light-emitting, or light-absorbing markers and is suitable for highsensitivity time-resolved fluorometry, fluorescence, flash or glow luminescence, flash absorbance and photometry.The unit offers specialities such as scanning function, top and bottom measurement, temperature control and dispensing capabilities.In both slow and fast kinetic assay, allows faithful reproduction of physical conditions.
